I'm working off the latest update of my MAC Sonoma software. Today, I tried to update my printer and it is not recognizing it on the network or via WiFi. There are moments where it will connect, but 19/20 attempts it says the printer is offline. It's not...that's the funny part. I can't continue to work unless I have a printer, so this is kind of a big issue.
I have removed and reinstalled the printer.
I have removed the software and reinstalled it.
I'm now pleading for your team to "fix the glitch" and get this working...

Please clarify, did you already update the firmware and now the problem has started?
Note that you cannot use wireless and wired networking at the same time. The minute you plug in a network cable the wireless is disabled.
If the issue started after an update, downgrading the firmware might help the situation however you will need a copy of the old firmware in order to do that.

To help, I updated the firmware on the printer yesterday. I noticed the software update was causing my printer to be on and recognized, though shows as "offline" in the printing cue. A project sent to the printer will attempt to find the printer and no luck 19/20 times. Randomly, the printer will receive a job and print...but that's only after 30min or more of a project sitting in the cue.
The printer is set-up on my network (wifi) and has been working just fine until now. Attempting to solve the problem, I also updated my computer HP software driver. This didn't work, so I deleted it and reinstalled it. Again, didn't resolve the problem.
At this point, the best option is to revert to the old driver and firmware versions. I essentially have an expensive brick that poops out projects when it "feels like it."
