Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer 
Hello,

I have 2XHP477 and 2XHP377 which block as soon as the network is active.
 
Impossible to print

Try to uninstall the driver from the PC then reboot the printer, 

install the last driver with TCP/IP this will solve the problem.

You will need to uninustall the driver from all the PCs and reinstall it with TCP/IP port (you need to select it during the installation)
