I'm not able to login in to my ews nor network setting in the control panel on the printer. I have not set/changed the password on either. What is the default username/password? or if do I reset to default?

Welcome to the HP support community.

Restore the factory-set defaults

1. On the product control panel, touch the Setup button.

2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu.

3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button.

Connect the printer again to the WiFi network.

Login to the EWS page with the default credentials and change the password.

Username: admin

Password: "leave it blank"

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
