Hi there, I bought a new smart tank 700, and when I try to print pictures from MS work, the picture get cut in half when printed. I've tried all suggestions on YouTube, and played around with the settings, which are usually at A4 or letter.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)Hi there, I bought a new smart tank 700, and when I try to print pictures from MS work, the picture get cut in half when printed. I've tried all suggestions on YouTube, and played around with the settings, which are usually at A4 or letter.
I believe there was a Microsoft Office software that included (in the name) something like "Microsoft Work" about 20 years ago -- it's been awhile since anything of that vintage would be supported in today's Windows' Operating System versions.
If you instead simply meant to have said "Microsoft Word" (Office software of a more modern vintage), then
True -- There is a wealth of information, much of it useful, on YouTube.
No, I don't know what you saw or tried.
Word has rules about images -- lots of them, in fact.
The primary rule: Use Insert and not Paste-and-Copy when placing images into a Word document.
Another idea (likely tried)...
Make sure the Word document is not in an old format structure.
Check File > Info
If you find that the document is marked "Compatibility Mode", Convert the document to a newer format (.docx).
Pay attention -- After converting, the layout might need to be edited to ensure the text, tables, images, and other parts of the document still fit and align properly.
What else?
There are several image settings to check --
Nearly all of these settings are likely documented in the many videos and Microsoft documents meant to describe how to Insert and manage images.
Repetition is the enemy of a concise answer --

And
Then perhaps I can offer additional ideas.
=============================================
One Example
"Fix the image" as it appears in your Word Document
If you do not already have a copy of the image file, create a file from the image in your Word document.
Open your Word document
Right-Click on the Image
Use "Save-As" and save the image as a .jpg file on your computer.
Pay attention to the folder in which you save the file...
Use Insert >
Find the Image, possibly in folder Pictures
Insert the image file into your Word document.
Right-Click on the image (after it is placed in the document)
Adjust the Size and Position to move the image inside the document boundaries.
=============================================
One more
Adjust the Image Size and Quality in Word
If it is only the "one" image that is misbehaving, you likely do not have to change this setting...
Word document > File > Options > Advanced
In Section Image Size and Quality
CHECK Do not compress images in file
and
Select a Default Resolution
For example, 330 ppi or 150 ppi
A lower number creates a less dense image (and slightly reduces overall file size).
=============================================
Finally
``````````````````````````````````
Word – Document Scale
Trouble with labels and possibly with other documents that include mixed content types:
Document Scale
There is a setting in Word that will "scale" a document for Letter / A4 paper.
If you are having alignment issues with your document (for example, labels, bottom of page chopped), UNCHECK this setting.
When printing directly from within Word
Setup:
Word > File > Options > Advanced
In Section Print (about 2/3 of the way down)
Check or UNCHECK "Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11" paper sizes
Click OK to save changes
What else?
If the image is not printing properly and is understood to be structured correctly and placed within the boundaries of the document, then try: Export the document to PDF > Save > Open in Reader or other app > Print the PDF formatted file
