Hi @huntski,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with the command center.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Could you elaborate more on the issue?

Have you made any changes to your software or hardware?

What is the current OS installed?

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi Team,

I am not sure why knowing the OS will help. I work for HP. This is just a account issue. I want access to the demo account.

Hi @huntski,

The command center works only with specific PCs. Since we do not have the product details, you may refer to this document and see if that helps.

If that does not help, kindly share the product details. Thanks

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

@huntskiThis public end user support forum is likely not the place to look for support for internal access issues for HP employees.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.
