Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 enrolled in instant ink. Power outage in neighborhood knocked everything offline. When restored, says on panel on printer that my printer is not enrolled in instant ink and so will not work. When I press "hide" on that message, it prompt to do a printer alignment page. I press that button and it spins and does nothing. My Instant Ink page says that my printer is offline. No way to get it online. I've unplugged everything, restarted the router, etc. all to no avail. Help! please. Is it really that easy to essentially have your printer turn into a rock? Is there no resilience in HP designs?
