Print Large JPG files

I am trying to print a large image (JPG) file. 

I would like to get the vertical printing to take the whole page

I found a reference on the web to try Microsoft Paint.

1 - Open Paint

2 - Select File->Open

3 - Locate the image (PDF or another image type) want to print

3a - Use grab and drop the image

4 - Select File->Print->Page setup

5 - Find the "Scaling" section

6 - Select "Adjust to" and enter the amount of scaling you want
