DesignJet T230
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am using an HP DesignJet T230, bought it about two months ago.

Before printing something, the HP Print Preview app usually opened up and allowed me to preview and customize the print job. However, since about a week ago, I am getting the following error message: "Print Preview version is outdated, please install latest version from HP support page. You can still print or cancel the document."

Now the problem is, I already have the newest Print Preview version installed, so I tried downloading the most up-to-date one and reinstalling it, I even uninstalled everything including the printer and reinstalled all the news drivers and software, however, the error message doesn't disappear and Print Preview always wants me to install a newer version (which doesn't exist) - anyone encountered something similar or knows how to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance!
