Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, I have a HP 9125e and every time I make copy's from the feeder they come out last to first order, it's driving me crazy not having them come out 1st page to last page even though I place the pages from 1st to last in the feeder. HELPPP MEEEEE

@JDAutoSalesLLC, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Use HP Smart App to Copy with Custom Settings

This gives you more control than the printer screen.

Open the HP Smart app on your Windows 11 computer.

Click on “Copy” (or “Scan & Copy”).

In the settings/options, look for:

Page Order

Output Order

Set it to: First Page First or Normal Order, not Reverse.

Manually Reverse Pages Before Copying

If you must copy from the printer’s touchscreen:

Place the pages into the ADF in reverse order:
Last page on top, first page on the bottom
(e.g., put page 3 first, then 2, then 1)

The printer will pull them in top-down and output them in the correct order.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
