I am no longer able to print anything. It was working fine for a couple year. I have unplugged, rebooted, followed the instructions from the virtual assistant, etc. Finally, it told me there appears to be a "serious" issue with the printer. When I use the app, it shows "Initializing". I was able to get it to print the printer status report, which looked fine. I was not able to print the network report, or any other report. It shows "online" and connected. When I try to print any document, it errors out and just freezes. Can anyone help?

If you are not able to print reports from the printer and it is stuck, let us perform a factory reset on the printer that may help.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
