Where do I find the programs for cleaning, printheads, aligning, etc. for my 2540?  Unable to locate.  HELP

Are you using a Win PC or a MAC?

As this model printer does not have a touch-screen, you have to use this functions from a computer.

On this model printer, there is no option to clean the printhead. Instead, you will have to use Clean ink cartridges option.
