Hi! I have been trying to print on my printer for a while now. I have had it about a year and haven't had any problems like this before. It won't let me print and whenever I check the printer on my laptops settings it says 'Drive is unavailable' under the printers name. I have tried a troubleshooting software and attempted to update the driver with this however I am having no luck as it hasn't made any changes or difference. Is there anyone who can tell me what to do as i desperately need to print things for university.
