Hello! I have been given my mom's printer and I am having issues getting it to print. My mother is deceased so I do not have her log on information. I registered the printer under my account however I am getting an error code, which I believe is due to the printer being registered under my mom. Is there a way to register the printer under my name without her info?

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this.
To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
