Dear HP Support Team,

I recently relocated from the UAE to India and brought my HP DeskJet 2370 printer with me.

The printer was originally configured to use HP 305 ink cartridges, which were readily available in the UAE. However, I am unable to find HP 305 cartridges in India, whereas HP 805 cartridges are easily available in the Indian market.

I would like to know:

  1. Can HP 805 cartridges be used with my HP DeskJet 2370 printer?

  2. If yes, what steps are required to make the printer compatible with HP 805 cartridges?

  3. Is there any regionalization or cartridge reset process that HP can perform to enable the use of locally available cartridges in India?

  4. If HP 805 cartridges are not compatible, please advise the recommended cartridge options available in India for my printer.

I would appreciate your guidance on the best solution, as I would like to continue using the printer after my relocation.
