Product: HP DeskJet 4255e All-in-One Printer

My printer is connected to the WiFi, but still says the setup process is incomplete. I tried doing the copying paper step in the setup process but it would not work, and instead said I was done. However, I am still unable to print anything because it says it is incomplete.
