Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to download the printer driver for my HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-One Printer.  When I look for this online, I am directed to the HP website https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c4400-all-in-one-printer-series/36555...

but when I go to the option of driver-product installation software, there is no software there to download.

Download and install the driver from the printer manufacturer's website
Select Start, then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
Under Printers & scanners, find the printer, select it, and then select Remove device.
After removing your printer, add it back by selecting Add a printer or scanner.
