I contacted Microsoft Support online last week and they came back to me with a reference number the next day, however I was then away for a few days. Today I actually had the time and contacted them online with the reference number and they came back very quickly. I allowed them Remote access to my laptop and they reloaded Windows 10 for me as there was a registry issue. They also then downloaded the HP Universal Printer driver PCL 6 which also took ages, however after a phone call of nearly 90 minutes everything started to work properly. Very grateful to MS Support online.
