When I print usually a set of pages, my printer seems to print the document off-center or even push half off of the page depending on the page. It happens with all types of paper but especially card stock. I originally found that if I would print one page at a time, it would be fine. However, I do not have time to print one page at a time for everything. Can someone please help? I have lost over 150 pages of card stock due to this problem.  It has done this many times I have printed from it, and I have aligned and cleaned the printer heads with no fix in sight. It happens every time if I print in sets.IMG_8977.jpgIMG_8975.jpgIMG_8974.jpgIMG_8976.jpg The preview on my printer shows a preview that is correct, but it comes out not at all like the preview.

May I know which App are you using for printing?

Try printing using Preview and let me know if you face the same issue.

Try using a driver setting other than "shrink oversize" as this may be causing the offset. I would fit to size if that works.

The paper is the correct size. The issue was that the cardstock was 110 lb weight which the printer is supposed to support but had to go down to 67 lb which works.

A customer printing a 7.5x10 document on US Letter size from Adobe Reader in Windows is experiencing something similar. There should be a 1/2'' margin all around but the printer crops the top and bottom (about 1mm) and the document is not centred even though it looks ok on the preview image.
