HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw

Mt printer shows up as 3 different printers, I have a color jet pro mfp m177fw, one of the copied says mfp m177fw, the next says mfp m177fw  series fax and the third is just mfp m177fw.  Why aren't they intergrted into just 1? It's very diffi

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, perform the steps from -  Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n and M177fw Printer Series

One possibility:

 

 1 printer instance is the one you intalled, the other is a self installed by windows through a service called WSD and is a common issue and an annoyance. The third fax one is a driver that allows you to send a print job to fax just like printing a job. They are separate because it is a completely different service from a printer driver.
