I had the problem before and a HP technician solved it via the phone a year ago.


But after problems scanning to network i needed to hard reset my printer and now my problem is back.

My printer m477fdw goes in sleep mode and then wakes right up again allthough it should stay asleep.
I have it connected via LAN and not via WIFI
Via the prowser i set the energie settings to 5 minutes and 2 hours.
I checked it via de display on the printer and the settings are the same.
