Hi! I’m trying to print a shipping label and it’s printing as 2 pages (very large). Someone sent it to me as an attachment and I can’t seem to resize it to make it the size of a normal label. They also sent it as an image and it’s still magnified. Is it a problem with the printer settings and if so, how do I change it so it will print out at a normal size? Thank you!

You did not include your Operating System.

We cannot know what you are doing or which tools you have available.

In General,

Try / Consider:

Download the attachment to your computer.

Open the file in software appropriate to the file.

For example, open "image" in photo / image viewing software.

Set the "scale" / Page / Print size to some percentage of 100% or use "Fit" to force the file onto your paper.
