Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer is Brother laser MFC-L3770CDW. The file is a few years old and worked when first produced.  I opened it yesterday and printed a few pages.  The print was reduced to 2/3 of the page and the remaining 1/3 was a light gray color.

Hi,

This HP community deals and expertise with HP and Samsung printers only.

 

For assistant with a Brother printer I suggest checking with its manufacturer for any help, they are familiar and expertise with their products.
