Hi @Michelle948 

 

1. First check that all cartridges are with Ink, if one cartridge is Empty that could be the reason and maybe you need to replace the empty cartridge with a new one.

 

What model is your printer ?  It is an Officejet model ?

 

2.  If you have an Officejet 8600 Printer Model then follow steps from the next video:
