Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have just bought an HP DeskJet 4100e printer. After installation on two computers which are virtually identical, it is working for printing Word documents but will not print emails from Outlook on my computer but will print emails from Outlook on my wife's computer. Both computers use Windows 7. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to solve this issue?

@JBCrete, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to print from Outlook from your computer.

  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Webmail, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • If the issue is only with the Outlook, this could be an application-specific issue.
  • Check the Outlook settings.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
