Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3790 All-in-One Printer

I would like to print from web browser on other pc, but my printer doesn't show up in web hp smart account, even though it is available locally in hp smart apps (Windows, Android) and I'm logged into my account on them, but indeed it's possible that I've added printer first and logged in later.

How can I fix this problem?
