Trying to install the setup downloaded from HP website but it is not compeleting adding the device. It gets struck as per screenshot. Tried multiple times, hp printer doctor does not show any error as such.
2nd problem not able to print, catridge is recent but just prints blank page.

Click the arrow nearby the system tray icons, can you see the HP Digital Imaging Monitor icon listed there?
