Product: HP ENVY Photo 6255
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

My HP ENVY Photo 6225 Printer keeps turning off after not in use for 5 mins. Then it takes about 5 minutes to "reboot" It has done this on repeat for several weeks and I have tried everything I know.

 

Is there a phone number i can call for help with HP on? My warranty just ended Dec 1 and that was when all of this started... of course right outside of warranty window. So frustrating. I just want to talk to someone to help me walk through how to fix my printer as I use it often.
