The HP support Assistance tells me to download a new printer update. after I start the download, a widow appears with the note: some other person is already downloading the update, please wait. One can wait until eternity, nothing changes .....

Let's try to reset the Printer:

 

1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area. 2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.
