Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Jeg ville skrive ut en .docx-fil, og på pc-skjermen kom et vindu som viste at dokumentet ble sendt til skriveren (som det alltid gjør). Men det ble ikke skrevet ut noe dokument, og det ligger ingen dokumenter i skriverkøen. Dette gjentok seg flere ganger med ulike dokumenter.
Når jeg vil skanne et dokument på den samme maskinen, fungerer alt som det skal fra pc-en, men skannren/printeren finner ikke pc-en.

 

Printeren og pc-er koplet til samme wi-finett.
Feilen er den samme uavhengig av om jeg kopler meg mot skriveren via wi-fi eller USB-kabel.

Jeg avinnstallerte skriveren og reinnstallerte den, uten resultat.

Jeg kjørte Windows' Feilsøkingsprogram for skrivere, ikke resultat.

Jeg slo av ruter, printer og pc og slo dem på igjen i nevnte rekkefølge, ikke resultat.

Jeg sjekket at jeg har siste versjon av Windows 10 og skriverdriver, fortsatt ingen utskrift å se.

Jeg kjørte HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.3, uten resultat.

 

Etter alt dette forsøkte jeg igjen å skrive ut for n'te gang. Da jeg ville se på egenskapene til utskriften, dukket det plutselig opp en feilmelding som følger:
"Funksjonsadresse 0x00007FFAE889A839 forårsaket en beskyttelsesfeil (unntaktskode 0x6d7363) En eller alle egenskapsside(ne) vil kansjke ikke bli vist"

 

Nå er jeg skikkelig rådvill. Hva kan jeg gjøre?

I wanted to print a .docx file, and on the PC screen came a window showing that the document was sent to the printer (which it always does). But no document was printed, and there are no documents in the print queue. This was repeated several times with various documents.
When I want to scan a document on the same machine, everything works fine from the PC, but the scanner / printer cannot find the PC.

The printer and PCs are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
The error is the same regardless of whether I connect to the printer via Wi-Fi or USB cable.

I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it, with no result.

I ran Windows' Printer Troubleshooter, zero result.

I turned off the router, printer and PC and turned them back on in the order in question, in result.

I checked that I have the latest version of Windows 10 and printer driver, still no print to see.

I ran HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.3, with no results. After all this, I tried to print again for the nth time. When I wanted to look at the properties of the print, an error message suddenly appeared as follows:
"Function address 0x00007FFAE889A839 caused a protection error (exception code 0x6d7363) One or all of the property page (s) may not be displayed"

Now I'm really puzzled. What can I do?

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.

Delete job files and restart

Reset your printing environment, delete print job files manually, and then restart both the computer and the printer.

  1. Turn off the printer using the power button and then unplug the printer power cord from the power outlet.
  2. In Windows, search for and open Services.
  3. In the Services window, right-click Print Spooler, and then select Stop.
  4. After the service stops, close the Services window.
  5. In Windows, search for and open C:Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS.
  6. Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.
  7. Shut down your computer.
  8. Connect the printer power cord to the power outlet, and then turn on the printer.
  9. Turn on the computer, and then try to print. If the issue persists, continue to the next step.

Set up Manual IP

please set a manual IP address and manual DNS servers for the printer.

The steps on how to set a manual IP address can be found here.

For the DNS servers please use 8.8.8.8 for the Manual Preferred DNS Server and 8.8.4.4 for the Alternate DNS server. These are Google’s public DNS servers.

 

Uninstall and Reinstall the printer driver

Follow the steps below: 

  

1) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features 

2) Select your HP Printer 

3) Select Uninstall 

4) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers 

5) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’ 

6) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo. 

7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”) 

😎 Click on the “Drivers” tab 

9) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom 

10) Select Ok 

11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows 

12) Close Devices and Printers.

 

Once the uninstallation is complete, you can download and install the latest software from here.
