Product: HP DeskJet 2724 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I recently changed to a new WIFI and now my printer will not connect to the new one. I've tried using the HP Smart App but it stays stuck on the configuring the printer stage and will not move further. I tried with my phone and it says the printer's bluetooth connection is weak. I've tried using the WPS button on the wifi but that does nothing. It just will not connect to the new wifi at all. please someone help i need to print off stuff for university.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

 

Also, please ask your internet provider or the router manufacturer, the type of encryption you have.
