Printer will not connect to new router as typeface lacks a hyphen for the password

Hi all.

I changed my broadband suppliers last year and at first had no problems with printing issues. 
Then yesterday it stopped printing giving the message 'Cannot print connect printer to update HP instant ink'
Printer had lost connection to network, but will not reconnect as the router's password contains a hyphen and the printer's touch screen doesn't have one. 
Result, cannot print, cannot connect, cannot reorder ink.

                       Hello @Kaye29,

You do not have the possibility to put the keyboard of the printer in figures? If so, enter in the digits, to type the minus sign ( - ), which will replace the hyphen in the password.

Great idea, really thought it would work, but for some strange reason it only has a plus and equals in mathematical signs. 😞
