We recently moved and got new internet service. My printer will not connect to the internet and will start the process but when it get to configuration for the printer it is saying an unknown error has occurred and it couldn’t be connected. Idk what to do at this point.

Hi @Ahlesha,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Meanwhile, perform these steps from this document

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
