Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to print a document in black ink on my Deskjet 3522, but the paper comes out blank after I print. Ordered new cartridges thinking that was the issue, but problem still happens. Changed the text to blue font & print came out clear. Not sure why it won't print black ink? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Are you able to copy in black?

No luck with trying to copy in black as it did not work. Still no solution...

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
