HP Recommended

My HP Envy Photo 7858 won't start up. The control panel screen freezes on the 1st dot. I've unplugged the printer and router and plugged them both in several times and the issue is not fixed. Please advise on next steps. I'd prefer not to purchase a new printer. Thank you!
