Product: ProBook 450 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

i face many problem with this HP laptop "ProBook 450 G4", its about three days and  i can't get it work and this is not normal for sure,

 

i tried to install  Audio and Display deriver from everywhere but its still not working !!!

about the Audio

i can hear its work but when check the device manager its still in 'other devices'! as you can see in the below screen shot2018-07-07_20-16-45.png

i download the driver from both support assistance and from the website and its installed without any problem but till now its still there!

 

 

about the Dusplay this is a bigger problem, as i work only on the instel adaptor and can't get the  NVIDIA Adaptor work!

 

as you can see in the above screen shot the NVIDIA adaptor driver installed  and the windows driver for the intel adaptor was installed,

i tried to download the Intel driver from the HP driver page  and from Intel Page and got the same error from both of them "the installation package is not supported by this processor type" as you can find in the below screenshot

HP

and the installation package itself said that it support 7th generation processor as you can see in the below screenshot

could you please help me to fix this and get this laptop work as normal laptop please,
