Hello.

It's been two days that I'm following all the steps to reset the printer to it's default settings but the admin password (which I forgot) remains always the same.

 

I need specific instructions on how to reset the admin password. Can anyone please help me?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We have to perform an NVRAM Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
