HP Recommended

I am trying to connect my color Laserjet Pro M255dw to a Dell Laptop Inspiron 15 3000 series for three days This is day four. I have gone thru all your tools and virtual assistant to no avail. I can load the drivers and when I try to add the device I get the msg "Driver is unavailable" The Tools can see the device when I load any of the tools, they seem to be able to see it thru the wireless network. Just the software to load the driver is brain dead. In the community forum, it looks like it may not be unique to me because someone else is having the same problem with no resolution from your tech.  I have tried the windows driver installation and indicated the driver is not digitally signed.
