i have a similar problem but worse! it seems hp smart forgot about printers connected by usb! looking for ethernet connection and offer to connect via wifi! help i am an old school user. it worked before can i download an older version somwhere?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

What is the exact error when you try to connect via HP Smart?

Could you share the screenshots of the same?
