Not able to find the resize option on copy menu 9125e

If you're using the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e and not seeing the Resize option in the Copy menu, here are a few steps to help you locate and use it:

Steps to Access Resize Option on Copy Menu:

  1. From the printer control panel, tap the Copy icon.
  2. Tap Settings or the gear icon (⚙️) on the copy screen.
  3. Scroll through the available options - look for Resize or Resize/Zoom.
  4. Tap Resize, and you should see options like:
    • Actual Size
    • Fit to Page
    • Custom % (e.g., 25% to 400%)

If you don’t see the Resize option:

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can update it via the HP Smart app or directly from the printer under Settings > Printer Maintenance > Update the Printer.
  • Try restarting the printer and checking again.
