HP Recommended

I recently contacted HP support through WhatsApp to help me reset my printer since the original 652 cartridge is not available in the Philippines. 680 cartridge should work but due to region-locking, my printer reads it as incompatible. The HP agent provided a code to reset the region, unfortunately th 680 cartridge still does not work, even the 652 does not work now too. Please can anyone help me, even just to revert to the original region settign so the 652 cartridge would work.
