Hello.

I have moved to USA recently and apparently i cannot use ink bought here with the printer bought in europe. After reading community forum i guess the only solution to that is to to a “region reset”. Only HP support could help with that but there is no such option to do so or to speak with a human. Would anyone help??

You have an HP Support Facebook chat, they will know how to help you. You need to be guided to regionalize the printer.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

  

I understand you have moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I have sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
