Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i was using printer in Malaysia for few weeks then i moved to Czech republic. Now with original toner in event log i see Errors:

10.4310 Cartridge region is incorrect for printer.

10.3500 Incompatible black supply

 

Toner is brand new and original. I read on internet i need Region reset to start working again. 

Can you help me please?
