I have moved from the USA to the Netherlands.

I need to do a regional reset so that my printer (HP Photosmart 7520) will accept HP 364 ink cartridges instead of HP 564. Online it says to install the new cartridges and to contact customer support. This is where I have the problem. I have tried getting to customer support, but I can't get through to speak to an actual person and the virtual support only refers back to the HP document on regional reset. The USA customer support would not help me.

@ghivane20, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
