Hi HP team,

 

I moved from Hong Kong to the United Kingdom and bought the HP 302 cartridge but I get a message that it's incompatible.

I searched for a solution and found out that other people also switched from HP 63 to HP 302 cartridge and vice versa getting the same message. I understand i have to perform regional reset of my printer. Could you be do kind to send me the instructions to prrform this procedure?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you moved and the printer is not is accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
