Reset Embedded Web Server (EWS) Admin Password of HP Ink Tank Wireless 410

Dear HP Support,

 

I've never been more disapointed in a product I own from your brand.

Also, the support in the documentation in very very poor... actually completely lacking.

 

I need to Factory Reset the printer configuration... as I have forgot the passowrd.

I read the common BS your support answers on other threads ... no need to start telling me about pressing WiFi and Cancel.. this is not what I need. 

I need to reset the admin password for the printer.

It's unnacceptable.. reply asap.

Tell me how to accomplish this, nothing else.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

There is no option to reset the printer's EWS page login credentials on this model printer as it does not have a touchscreen. Wifi and the cancel button combo resets the wireless network settings on the printer to default.

I'm really disappoint to see this reply from HP. I owned a model from this range "Ink Tank 415" and having the same problem. How can HP says there is no solution to reset the EWS admin password?

Disappointed!
