Hi there,
I just bought a new hp printer. However, I managed to set up a password and being unable to enter the settings. I was wondering how to perform a complete factory reset as the one I found online does not reset the web server.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
