Reset admin password

I appear have to have misplaced the admin password for my m234sdw, how can this be reset?  It gives an error everytime I try to complete the setup. :(.

Hello Jakeprints,

Try the following solution:

Turn off the printer, then unplug the power cable.

Press and hold both Undo and Paper Size (Bernard42_0-1704564622030.jpeg

) for approximately 10 seconds.

Plug the power cable back into the printer while these buttons are pressed.

Do not hesitate to contact us if necessary.

That didn’t seem to work, or I pushed the wrong button?  Can you confirm which button is the paper size button ?
