Please kindly unlock the thread that I made 8 months ago, still haven't resolve the problem.

well this is really disappointing, I guess this is probably the worst after sales services that I get from a printer.

 

Twitter, e-mails, and now here, there's no fix for a simple EWS password reset. Not to mentioned a thread of unsolved case already locked. Now idk if one day my HP laptop will got an issue will be treated like an insignificant and fool like this.

 

I'll screen capture this whole strange support. Good luck.
