How do I restore my printer to it's factory settings? I have a HP LaserJet MFP M232-M237 Printer

I moved and my printer is setup to an old wifi network and I can't change it. This is why I need to reset it back to the factor settings.

Nothing in the HP app, or the service portals online are seeing my printer because the issue is I can't get the printer on the new wifi.

The instructions online at HP point to doing it through the HP app, then advanced settings, but there is no such advanced settings in the HP app.  I go to the HP app, click my printer, then my account icon in the top right, I see settings, under my name and email, but there is nothing in the settings area that matches.

This is not present in the HP app:

Restore factory defaults from the HP app

Restore factory defaults from the Advanced Settings in the HP app.

  1. Open the HP app, and then click your printer.

  2. Click Advanced Settings, or scroll to Printer Settings > View All, and then click Advanced Settings.

  3. From Advanced Settings, click the Settings or System tab.

  4. If you are prompted to log in or enter the printer PIN, enter admin for the username (HP LaserJets only), enter the PIN from the printer label, and then click Submit or OK. This label is typically located inside the cartridge access area or printer door.

  5. Restore your printer to factory defaults.

    • For most HP printers, click Restore Factory Defaults or Factory under Restore Defaults. Click Restore Factory Defaults > Yes.

    • For HP LaserJet printers, click Service, and then click Restore defaults > OK.

After about 20 seconds, your printer automatically restarts.
