Product: OJ 6700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Since the automatic firmware update to my OJ 6700 printer in 2020, the reverse page in any duplex printing is blurred. The first page is fine.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and software package to no avail. In desperation, I uninstalled the drivers and allowed Windows to install its own HP Officejet 6700 Class Driver. This prints in duplex with no problem, but I lose all the other functions of the HP Drivers and software.
Why has the firmware update caused this problem and can it be rectified?
